Welcome to Solidar Fonder AB

Systematiska Fonder has changed ownership during the summer. Since mid-June it is owned by Solidar AB (reg no 556688-8490). As part of the change in ownership the company has been renamed Solidar Fonder AB. Solidar Fonder AB is part of the Solidar Group.

Solidar AB is owned by the people who started the company in 2005, which gives the whole group a long-term and stable business perspective. In 2010, the Group had a turnover of 56 million and a capital adequacy ratio, which amounted to more than eight times the statutory authority requirement.

Solidar Fonder AB intends to launch five new funds during autumn, namely Solidar Fonder Aggressiv, Solidar Fonder Flex 100, Solidar Fonder Flex 70, Solidar Fonder Flex 40 and Solidar Fonder Etisk (Ethical).

The funds are global multi-strategy-funds that can invest in both equity- and interest related funds and other related instruments. The funds’ main strategy is to carry out investments involving exposure to global equities to a varying degree, but the funds may also invest in interest placements.

Solidar Fonder AB is monitored by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen). We currently manage six funds, namely:
